Training and Development Programme

Wireless Group provides all staff with a comprehensive Induction Programme during their probationary period.

Wireless Group has an ongoing staff training and development programme. We also encourage ongoing staff coaching, job shadowing and development opportunities throughout all departments and support staff who wish to undertake further education programmes relevant to their job role.

We offer access to a 24 hour confidential counselling service and access to an occupational health provider. We have a suite of HR policies and procedures to support our staff in achieving their business objectives.
